Ok it started a few months ago when the cold weather started but i dont know if that has anything to do with it. It starts up just fine but the once the RPM's start to come down from the start it dies. It wont die if I rev it up real quick and then slowly let it down. Then today I started it up after I had been driving it for about an hour and it did the same thing. It was warm and everything. I think it might be a vaccum leak but I really have no clue. HELP PLEASE!!

buy a vac gauge and check your vac. if its less then 20vac then you have a leak.
i think the egr can get dirty after a while and cause some similar issues like that. you can try cleaning it out with some carb cleaner. i used to have a similar problem on my old 5sfe. on a hot day, sometimes it would start up and then just die. after holding the rpms up for a bit, it would be normal. i never figured it out, but when we swaped my motor into mannys car, we had to change the egr crap from his 94 motor over to the 98 motor and he hasnt had the problem i used to have. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
