So definately an interesting turn of events. Turns out the wife got me a decent deal on a new Xb. . at 250 a month, insurance is for a station wagon and dirt cheap and 100K mile warranty bumper to bumper here I am.
PLEASE PM IF INTERESTED - Like you all I hate people asking specifics for the hell of it. I work retail 6 days a week so my free time is minimal. Please keep thoughts and comments if to yourself if negative. -------------------------------------------- 1. 1994 Celica GT Hatchback. 151K miles, 5 speed, black on black. This car was my baby until I got the alltrac. Again, only selling due to the new car. It was babied by me, full tune-up done when I bought it, only mod performance is a CAI with a new $51 filter. Car has a $500 Viper alarm with LCD screen that is partially removed, but can be reinstalled very easily at will (removed because I had auto start on a 5 speed, and was getting scared I'd leave it in gear). Car has a $350 Sony cd player, 4 aftermarket speakers all amped including tweeters and ran me over 1K for this all, and is ALL under PSP's with Best buy. Exterior is better than typical but still shows some scratches. A good buff would do her well, but no time to do so. Interior front seats are a bit worm, new floor matts, otherwise excellent shape. This is the 5sfe 2.2L engine that lasts forever. Undercarriage is in excellent condition, not a rust bucket like my wife's 02 zx2. Car has been a damn reliable car to me, clutch doesn't slip, no burn or leaky oil, power stearing doesn't leak, no grinds into any gears, etc Only known issue is sometimes on startup it grinds, which my car guru tells me my starters gears are starting to wear. KBB is around 3400, Nada is 4650. neither of which include the audio, almost new tires, alarm or condition of the interior I'm not in desperate need of $$ but wouldn't like to do the Ebay thing. If you have any friends let them know, these cars last forever, and are definately the best body style. Also has a full body kit not mounted and 7th gen leather seats I can sell with the car if need be. If someone will host a pic I'll upload it here. 2. 1992 Celica Alltrac - I won't go much into detail about this. . . if you know what it is you know how rare this car is. I bought it 2 months for $5500, and have spend $1200 fixing it up, including new Blitz exhaust, tie rod ends, wheel bearings, lower ball joint and such . . people who know me know I love and take care of my cars. The chassis has 209,000 miles. The engine has 53K miles on it, and is a JDM engine. No codes, good compression and leakdown all the way across. Mod list... Exedy clutch with 40K miles on it and still grabs hard. 3" exhaust without any mufflers, dumping in front of the right rear tire. Solid rear diff mounts (this makes the car more tail happy and saves you from ever having to buy a $230 OEM rubber mount again). Tein SS coilovers (with camber plates in the front). RC front end. 30X10X3 Spearco FMIC. 2.5" charge piping. H&R 5mm spacers in the front and my own brand of 25mm bolt on spacers in the rear. 17X7.5 Sub Zeros with 235/40 Yoko ES100s. Brembo blanks and Porterfield R4S pads up front on the car right now with OEM stuff out back. SAFC-II. Autometer gauges (boost, oil pressure, AFG). Reese Class I trailer hitch with ball and reciever. Full Whiteline bushings and an adjustable Whiteline rear sway bar. It has a stereo- seven speaker and three amp JCV/ Eclipse/ Rockford setup with a custom built 1/2" MDF speaker box in the trunk that still allows for a spare tire and full use of the trunk, but it has no head unit. 4" 2 way JVCs in the dash, 6.5" two way Eclipses in the rear, 6X9 3 way Eclipses in the doors, a 12" Rockford Punch sub, stock tweets at four corners, two Rockford 2.6X amps (for the ten speakers), and a Rockford 300S (or maybe it was an M; I forget) amp for the sub. I have about $8000 into the parts on the car, and they've all been on there for a little under a year and less than 15K miles. It has EVERYTHING- power mirrors, ABS, cruise control, power sunroof, power locks, seven way adjustable power drivers seat, memory tilt wheel, full leather, The car doesn't have any rust, the glass doesn't have any chips or cracks in it. No frame damage at all; all the doors and body panels line up. I'm also including the stock 15" wheels with 195/60 studded snows that go with the car. The car is VERY fun in the snow. Wink The only thing between you and 400 HP is engine management and a bigger turbo. PM for info, test drive and pricing. I'm not gonna sell it for anything less than $5500. Car now has more than 10K into it. Needs some TLC but has a good start and engine is mint. Again, no time to give it what it needs. Please PM or email me for more info. . 6th gen is in Concord NH, Alltrac is in Manchester NH. Sean |
