 Abandoned Celica, i am a noob but go easy |

So about one week ago I discovered an abandoned Celica in a parking lot at a grocery store. The body is in bad condition and it has around 180,000 miles. It has no license plate, and no registration or inspection sticker. I want to take it home and start rebuilding it, but I don't know if it is a crime to take an abandoned car in North Carolina. What should I do cuz I want it reeeely bad...

im surprised no one has stated how much they would like to SMACK THE EVERLOVIN POOP STAINS outta who ever let their celica come to such a pass....I EASTERNPIRO will volunteer.... and I will drive the 4 hours from charlotte nc to wilmington nc just to do it!!!! god people are neglectful....
