Ok i have this buddy who was dating this girl for about a year and she had a 94 celica st 5 spd. my buddy painted dash inserts, replaced the engine, put a cd player in her car, and painted her wheels. about 2 weeks ago she broke up with him and told him that she basically used him for the work he did to her car. he told me that he wants to get back at her and sell her car. the title is under her and her mother's name, his name is on the insurance. and he has a key to the car. is it possible for him to sell her car and if so how? someone please spare some insight.

Let me get this straight one more time, and please if you're joking, tell me.
- Your friend was dating this girl, and while they were dating, he did a bunch of work on her car(for which he was not promised compensation) - They Break up - He throws a hissy fit and deems the car his because he worked on it for free. - He turns around and offers it to you for cheap just to get back at her. - You're big enough of an asshole to try to illegally buy this girl's car from underneath her. Is that what you're telling us? --------------------
