Ok i have this buddy who was dating this girl for about a year and she had a 94 celica st 5 spd. my buddy painted dash inserts, replaced the engine, put a cd player in her car, and painted her wheels. about 2 weeks ago she broke up with him and told him that she basically used him for the work he did to her car. he told me that he wants to get back at her and sell her car. the title is under her and her mother's name, his name is on the insurance. and he has a key to the car. is it possible for him to sell her car and if so how? someone please spare some insight.

Usually professional advice doesnt come from a car forum.

Not jail. What's the difference between jail and prison? Jail is like, in the police station, kinda temporary. Prison is like, thats your new home. -------------------- |

Jail is for misdemeanor crimes (first and second offense DUI's, theft under $1000, etc.) and is punishable up to one year in jail (county). Prison is for felonious actions (murder, rape, theft over $1000, etc.) and is punishable for over a year in a state penitentiory (sp?). The more crimes that you have committed, the more time you spend in prison. -------------------- ![]() |
