96 GT4 or 99 Beams Celica which should i go for next?

it's your call now mate, only one thing else white cars (SSIII) look lovely when there clean, but if she's your daily drive you'll be washing every other day if you like a clean car ! wahtever thou, i bet you end up with the '4'
