 Watching DVD's, while driving |

I want to get the pioneer n1 installed, but the guy wont install it so it can play while driving. SO ive i get it installed how can i override that ??

Theres a wire that is connected to the handbrake (ebrake?) warning light, this is only earthed when the brake is applied - thus only allowing the screen to show moving images when the vehicle is stationary. This wire just needs to be connected to a permanent earth to obtain moving images at all times.
