hey i am wondering if there is anyway i am make i ebrake any stronger because all i know is that it really truely sucks i could pull it all the way up and still drive normal and if i am driving and i pull it it just slows down so is there anyway i can make it stronger?

Actually, if your steering goes out completely, you're supposed to use your e-brake to stop rather than your brake pedal, because your brakes don't wear evenly.  That's one of the few things I remember from driver's ed.
