I was just thinking, what is is that makes a car sound so crappy, like really the fart can mufflers.
I know of alot of cars that are fast as hell, and have all these mods, and they just sound soo ugly. I mean its pretty common you see, or hear a honda fartin around your neighborhood, but if Im not mistaken our cars dont sound that way, and I have heard with many diff types of mufflers and exhausts. Is there a certain cause for that sound....even some cars with good brand exhaust systems just dont sound right. Im in the turboing process for my gt, and Im trying to avoid farts at all cost....lol This post has been edited by celicaGT96: Jan 31, 2006 - 1:34 AM |

for sound its about your motor defenitly but things you can do to aid in the increase in noise quality are things like
QUALITY parts...yes this means MORE MONEY but its worth it hks, greddy, magnaflow are all good products that can produce good tones RESONATOR...a nice long one with drilled (NOT slotted) core is best, this reduces and/or eliminates the loudness and drone of an exhaust along with deepening the over all tone.. |
