hey i am wondering if there is anyway i am make i ebrake any stronger because all i know is that it really truely sucks i could pull it all the way up and still drive normal and if i am driving and i pull it it just slows down so is there anyway i can make it stronger?

that's true only for the GT with it's own separate brake shoes for the ebrake; ST uses the rear brake shoes, so you will need to adjust it as the shoes are worn.

Ebrake would be useful anytime you don't want the weight transfer to the front wheels when braking.
Oh, say.........an example would be you let your apprentice change your wheel bearings for you and he ended up using the wrong grease. While you're on the highway, you see one of your front wheels rolls off your car. Yikes! Well, you would then want to use the ebrake and slowly bring the car to a stop minimizing the weight transfer to the front wheel........
