E-Brake Options

hey i am wondering if there is anyway i am make i ebrake any stronger because all i know is that it really truely sucks i could pull it all the way up and still drive normal and if i am driving and i pull it it just slows down so is there anyway i can make it stronger?

Brakes don't really "lock up" per se. Cars with auto also use them for parking on hills.

i'm guessing he uses it a lot.
