 MTX crossover machine? |

i got this for 20 bucks today, not sure whats its for and how to use it. can anyone tell me about this and how to hook it up. ita a MTX electronic crossover rt-x01a.

arent external crossovers used for filtering out like lows and highs? i think its so that you only get the "best quality" sound for you subs... so you wire it like to your amp, and then to your sub or something... and its got some controls and what not. I could be totally wrong though.
