subaru borrowing from the gt-4 wrc Options

for some reason every time i see the front of a gt 4 it reminds me of the impreza wrx, did subaru ever borrow anything from toyota, j/w cause they look similar from the front maybe its just the whole rally thing but idk

Well Toyota do own Subaru... in a roundabiut sort of way. In that they are the majority share holders in "Fuji Heavy Engineering Co." and they make subarus...
