I remember a big debate a while back about the Celica being a sports car, well it's considered a Japanese sports car by the Wikipedia. Either way it's opinion but IMO it is seeing as it's somewhat light, good maneuverability, good looks, and can have good performance.

QUOTE(BBoYRuGGeD @ Feb 7, 2006 - 10:42 PM) QUOTE(Mike @ Feb 7, 2006 - 11:55 PM) a FWD car can never be a sports car, I don't care what anyone says. so rsx-s, civic si, n/a 3000gt (fwd), srt4, eclipse turbo fwd (forgot if its gsi or gsx?) just to name a few arent sports cars? bboy i would have to say no. they fall under the "sporty" category, but are not what i would conider sports cars. supra, mr2, s2000, rx7, skyline, etc...are what i would call real sports cars. meaning that they are only produced for the enthusiast in mind and are build for performance -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
