I remember a big debate a while back about the Celica being a sports car, well it's considered a Japanese sports car by the Wikipedia. Either way it's opinion but IMO it is seeing as it's somewhat light, good maneuverability, good looks, and can have good performance.

Really though, sport or not I only consider it a sport car if the engine runs on Premium, has kik a55 features (20V!!!), or is slapped by a turbo. Thats why the celica is not a sports car....Otherwise I would have to pay the price of a sports car....Insurance-wise

QUOTE(soulshadow @ Feb 8, 2006 - 11:52 AM) Really though, sport or not I only consider it a sport car if the engine runs on Premium, has kik a55 features (20V!!!), or is slapped by a turbo. Thats why the celica is not a sports car.... Funny that. My Celica wants 101 octane fuel, runs well over a bar of boost and has more "kick ass" features than you can shake a stick at. -------------------- JDM ST205
Blitz Spec NUR Exhaust, somewhere over $1000 Needing another one 18000 miles later, bloody annoying. |
