Take a look at this car:
I LOVE this car. As you might have noticed, it has a lot of features similar to mine except the front lip. The problem that I have with the front lip is that it doesn't flow well with the rest of the kit. My idea is to change the side part of the front lip just a bit to have a ridge like the rear OEM extensions and cut out that part that is square. Doggy, will you do it? Anyone else interested? I do like the fact that the lip does not hang down much further than the stock bumper and would like to retain that feature. -------------------- QUOTE(lagos @ Jul 10, 2006 - 1:55 PM) i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this. |

That is VERY close Romas and looks GREAT! Two other minor changes are in order. First, I think the top of the skirt (on the side of the car) should hug the car like the rear extensions rather than protruding out. IMO, the top ridge makes the lip look close to the Blitz front end which is really not my style. Second, I would like to see the more subtle ridge that the rear extension has right in the middle.
Keeping in mind that I am REALLY bad at photoshop, this picture is pretty close to what I have in mind: ![]() This post has been edited by jgreening: Feb 12, 2006 - 9:59 PM -------------------- QUOTE(lagos @ Jul 10, 2006 - 1:55 PM) i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this. |
