just wondering - because there's some good news to long form claims -- on or before Feb 28th long form claimants will receive emails letting them how much their claim will be and that it'll be 4-8 wks after you will receive your money

-- am I a part of this? yes
-- what's so special about this? nothing really, but I will be getting back money I had in my paypal account that was frozen
-- without this lawsuite - it would of been nearly impossible for me to get my money back
--- this is what i've been waiting for to get started on the swap
--- if i was to hire a personal lawyer to do this - it would of cost too much and end up getting less back

-- now i don't have to dip into my personal savings for the swap

--- downside to this? i thought i may be getting my money + interest, but i'm simply happy being able to get my money -this has been on going since 2004

froze people's accounts with no warning or notice - then you have to go through their procedures to appeal

and even if you appeal - they never follow up on it - and they hide their contact phone #'s so you cannot call them -

some cases - they withdraw money from your personal bank account without any warning if they think a transaction was illegal

for example: you sell on ebay - ur customer receives their product - wks later that customer files a complaint against you - and you have to follow guidlines proving that all transactions that took place was proper and legal - if not then they would refund money back to the customer through your paypal account - if ur paypal account had no money in it - they take it out of your bank account-- and they customer ends up keeping the product

80% of the cases i've heard said that paypal reversed the transaction even before and during the appealing process
