I have a 1994 Toyota Celica ST with the 7AFE engine but am looking to by a 1994 GT with a bad trans. Can I use my 7afe trans and bolt it up to the 5sfe? Any heavy mods? Please help me!!!

no, you would neet to modify things, they are totally diff trensmissions

i know that pedal and linkage will all have to be setup, does know what i will have to do to get it to just fit up to the block

it would not be worth the trouble, if it can even be done at all.. your best bet is to source a used GT 5speed transmission if you're getting an unpassable deal on the GT motor. that's not the answer you want, but putting a 7afe tranny on a 5sfe is just like putting a 7afe transmisson on a 3sgte. unless you are a magician, it can't be done.
