Dimmer, HELP! Options

question:

My int. dimmer is not working...yes it is getting power...what is going on?

if you can tell me soon, hope to get this figured out quick...getting dark!

edit: my lower part of the dash is in pieces for about another 30 mins...Help if you can!

edit #2: maybe it is not getting power...3 wires, one green 2 white...and the green is getting power...but is one of the white suppose to get power?

lol....6 hrs. later....no posts! Well, i put everything back together, so no huge hurry...but i'd like to know what is going on/what i can do to fix it!

p.s. is this a fuse problem? (btw, i cannot find the fuse for it...but i have checked the fuses down of the left...) where is the fuse?
