 rear speakers 98 convertible, How to access rear speakers |

I am getting ready to install new speakers in the rear panels of my car (98 covertible). I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the side panels off that cover the speakers. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions. Do I have to take the seats out? I can only find one screw near the seatbelt harness but I can't believe that just one screw holds that entire cover in. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

Your bottom seat pulls out. Top seat is bolted in from behind with (4) 13mm nuts. Panels have 4 screws. 2 on top and 2 on the bottom.
