So I was thinking about stuff I had read on the Honda forums a long time ago.

Would it be possible to put a 3sge head/cams/valves etc on a 5sfe bottom end?

I know when I had my Prelude SI there were guys mating the H22 v-tec head and cams onto the H23 bottom end, the head just needed a couple small water jacket machinings and it would bolt up, guys were making a lot of HP with it. Didn't know if there would be some type of work like this done with our engines.

If you want to know about the 5sgte or "stroker" check out mr2oc.com. they have a whole section about this hybrid.

I've read some of that stuff before when I was looking at getting an MR2. All interesting, but I was looking for non-turbo applications.

Thanks for the feedback so far though guys, I am glad that everyone on here is helpful smile.gif
