I remember a big debate a while back about the Celica being a sports car, well it's considered a Japanese sports car by the Wikipedia. Either way it's opinion but IMO it is seeing as it's somewhat light, good maneuverability, good looks, and can have good performance.

Sports car...its about how a car drives, not its specs, price, rarety or esthetics.
a 4 door M3's or STI's aren't sports car? come on... integra TYPE-R, not a sports car? Yes it is. a 140 HP miata ? yes! my opinion... I also think sports car should be considered in the decade it's been created, we all know technology changes.
