CV boot is craked?, How long does it take? |

Like the topic says, this boot is cracked all around and grease is all over the place. Im not sure what it is called.

This is very easy fix. First off be careful with auto parts store you go to, to get the rebuilt half shaft (axel). Some places dont go through very good rebuilders. And yes, do it your self. You will only pay about 120 for the axel, then once you bring in the broken one there will be a core charge and will get about 50 dollars back. So all in all you will only be spending about 70 bucks. Not bad at all. -Jim
