QUOTE(scothaniel @ Mar 1, 2006 - 2:56 PM) Wow - now thats some ugly piping! LOL. Did you ever fix that? Otherwise it's a pretty impresive setup. I bet it will if you relocate your battery and fusebox and do a little tweaking to the IC piping. I've seen it done on a 5th gen and it looks decent. Granted, it was a 3SGTE but I still think it's do-able. EDIT: Here it is: http://alltrac.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=12338 the problem really isint with the intercooler, its with the stock mr2 piping that he includes in the kit. i tried to use mr2 piping before in my car, and found the, even with the higher gt4 hood, the piping is too tall and the hood will not close. where is the heat exchanger for that water to air IC? dont forget, the seller is putting his kit up for sale, becasue he did blow his motor. Was that on a 5SFE though? Regardless it's still going to have to be tweaked a bit to get it just right. The piping that comes with the kit will push the intercooler to far from the motor so it's going to need to be redesigned any way. The intercooler looks like it'll fit without a problem though if it's done something like scothaniel's. -------------------- Project ST204.5 99.88946% complete... |
