Well, i found a red (crappy paint), no ding or rust, that's right people, no dings, perfect, 1990 Toyota Celica Body Panels with f-uped red paint. 5 spd. with a reported (proof) brand new clutch (only 3,000 miles were put on it). The interior is absolutly perfect. The only thing wrong is the engine. It won't startup. The guy thinks the fuel pump went out, which, wouldn't take me long to figure it out, i'll just hot-wire it. The guy kept telling me he just wanted to get it out of his driveway.

So, after all this, he said his daughter wants 800 out of it (she knew how much body panels and interior could be sold for is my guess of the price). I made the 40 mile journey back home, thinking about it along the way. I got home, called the guy and said listen, i know you want to get it off your hands and out of your driveway, so, i'll offer 200, and if nobody else gets ahold of you, i'll take it off your hands.

week later he calls, and says, "my daughter is getting pissy, she just needs a little money, but she can't wait for it. She'll take your 200 dollars and sign over the title."

So, now, i'm getting a perfect body paneled 1990 toyota celica st 5 spd. If you guys want pictues, i'll put pictures up, but it isn't that great, just a good parts car, at least i know i'll get my money back. If i get the engine running, i might have a good friend paint it for me....sooo.. What color should i give it, and, how much should i sell it for when i'm done (believe me, the engine will be like new)??
Thanks for reading, Spunky

I'd just work on getting it running in decent shape for a DD until it ****s out on you.
