hey as some of u know i'm getting ready 2 swap the engine in my 96 celica, with a 3sgte one. should i use a intercooler kit or should i cut the hood and place a hood scoop, will the air flow still work good or should i go with the intercooler???help me out guys thanks

i've heard the stock air-air top mounts heat soak alot...but i dunno how true this is since i dumped my top mount air-air for a fmic setup for my swap. but if you custom a hood-scoop to lead directly to the top mount IC then i think you should be ok on stock motor. still tho...you would get better air with a FMIC setup
