Im sanding and primering my front bumper soon and have all of the vent overs off and stuff all except for the toyota emblem on the front bumper.

Its held in by two metal rivet like things that are some how attached on to the two post of the toyota emblem. Are they glued on to the post or can you simply slip them off?

Ive tried prying at them to c if the metal rivet like clips come off the post on the toyota emblem but to no luck. Im a little scared of braking the post off the emblem because they are rather skinny?

ver simple solution is to heat up the emblem with a heat gun or a hair dryer and use floss or fishing line to lift the emblem. That how i did it when i painted my emblems black.
