Theres sooooooooo many things fishy about it...but I'll just say one thing...

When this yield point is exceeded, catastrophic failure is evident. The Metal beams will bend, not break, but this will cause serious structural damage. Structural failure also came from the two prior collapses of World Trade Center Tower 1 and Tower 2 falling on Tower 7. This obviously made the structure weak and vulnerable to a devastating fire.
