I'd like to get my windows tinted next month... but PA Tint Laws say 70% tint. Am I reading something wrong? If it is really 70%, what do you think I can get away with?

I'm not sure what the law is here, but I have 25% on all, and a 15-20% (can't remember off hand) strip on front window..
I think the legal tint here is 35% -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money
