ok so whats the best thing i should do? i got alot of different answers but i wanna know which one i should do. thanks for all the help by the way

how many mile do you have on your car?

the bad news is, that in order to fix it, you have to take the whole head of and you are talking about BIG money and lots of laybor.

the good news is, that this is the most common problem with the celica motors and dosnt cause any harm tot he life of your engine. just ignore the puff of smoke and keep an eye on your oil level and youll be just fine without any problems.

the safest thing to do, would be to try changing to thicker oil like 10w30 and see if that helps.
