I just snapped one up on eBay earlier, and just got a message from the guy saying it doesn't come with the TRD shift knob. Where can I get the shift knob??? I thought it came with the shifter kit, and it was advertised as brand new.

It's expensive, though. Somewhere in the neighborhood of $75.
