ok i need help on how to get this air bag out. i got all the bolts off from under the dash but it wont budge. to me it looks like you gotta pull the dash. but that sucks. the reason i ask is cuz my gf(moon719) needs both air bags. i got the driver side, that was easy. but cant seem to get the other side. so if you guys could give me a hand i would greatly appreciate it. if i gotta pull the dash then im gonna change her interior cuz it has some cracks in it.

I KNOW smile.gif

#1) you have to pull your ENITIRE dash out to remove the air bag there are 2 main gold bolts that hold the piece to the support beam attached to the car then there are 4 smaller bolts that hold it to the dash (you'll see these once the dash is out. then there are numerous screws on the backside that hold the lid onto the air bag

once you get all that out removed ect... (i will have a FULL write up with pictures on this monday night) then you can replace the air bags and reinstall the dash..be very carefull cause you have to unplug all the wires that are attached to the dash from their respective locations on the car, along with a few other bits and pieces..

you can plug in everything and start the car without the replaced sensors and ecu i've done it nothing blew up at me smile.gif but i HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you replace your airbag ecu and sensors (two of them are mounted on teh radiator pillars in the bay) while doing it all
