 Dent in inside door panel |

I have a small fist sized dent in my drivers side door panel, in the bubble looking section just above the arm rest. Does anyone know how I can fix this. Or would i just be better of buying a new door panel?

Yup, that the piece I need, but it must be from a Celica with power windows/locks.
