I'm thinking about starting over from scratch with a new Celica. It seems like a waste to paint over my paint job, which still looks pretty nice, and it'd be nice for another member to get a car with a 4A-GE in it.
Basically, I want to sell mine and drive my Nissan(which is almost back to normal and is definitely tolerable) until I find a cheap manual ST hatchback. Or possibly trade mine for a manual ST hatchback plus cash. Then I want to pull the engine, install my extensions and sideskirts, paint the car, put another 20V 4A-GE in(with a AT200 C52 and lightweight flywheel), wire it to use Megasquirt, and then install some KYB AGX shocks with Tein springs, and get some 15" lightweight wheels. Do you guys think this is a good idea? I'm really considering doing it. ![]() -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...

Id say do it.. Half the fun with cars are modding them, that car seems to be done. And has caused you so much of a headache, just start over. I have thought about that wih every car i have.. Im thinking the same too, but thinking about geting somthing else..
Def go for it. |
