ya so today I threw some stuff together on my intercooler to feel boost. around 4psi pulls nicely NO map mods yet ..small bolt hole in compressor housing for something maybe some leaks some other places but doubt it. got my upstream o2 put in today ecu was throwing a code 25 in the morning.
......And ya as you can see i do hang around HMT. my 7mge injectors i had to put some resisters in-line to make them high. Safc..still need to find a place for it still need to put the interior back to gether Supra intercooler fit alot better then i thought . Lows vac line for bov 20 cents a foot. fits nicely. Downpipe beautifully done by Southwest Muffler .now maybe i can bend the A/C line so it will fit. oil drain 3/4" hose. DSM bov works great and not to loud. This is the best part..I love it. you see how it goes from 2" to 2 centimeters? I hope this makes front page on HMT. thats a 90 degree rubber connector I found at Lows no Home depot crap for me I'm sure it swells up on boost. this is where it goes in to the engine bay. i was going to take more pics and vid but battary died. |

Nicely done (HMT style, that is )
You're going to want to run the PCV and breather lines out to the intake before the turbo, you don't want it going to the manifold anymore like that. -Doc This post has been edited by Dr_Tweak: Mar 17, 2006 - 6:15 PM -------------------- -Dr Tweak, 6GC's resident engine swap wiring expert extraordinaire Click here to see my swaps drtweak@phoenixtuning.com |
