ok guys here are some pics and some questions
first off what is this? what does it do? and what should i do about the connections that have been torn  heres another pic of it  secondly here is a picture of my wiring harness, butt connectors.. feh.. wish i noticed them sooner.  what are all of the wires running off of that? the ones that dont go into plugs, what do i do with them? (one is teal and is labeled fan relay, one is green/yellow and labeled ac switch, one is brown and labeled stop lamp (i think thats in that area, ill go check again in a second) more pics of harness    thanks guys, i hope i dont have bad new coming, i think as lagos said i might set my car on fire and walk away
