Every time i post somthing about my ST people pick me apart about it, people are always saying that the ST is so slow, and they act like theres nothing you can do to make it fast. its not the fastest car in the world but neither is your 3sgte swap celica! i posted earlier in a forum about track times and posted that my ST can run a 16.1 1/4 @86mph and NOBODY believed it. they kept saying that a stock ST couldn't ever run a 16 sec. 1/4,, well mine ISN'T STOCK!! is there anybody out there that believes me,, this is a celica club, you guys should be happy when you hear of someone that has put together a decently fast ST! not pick them apart.

wow....this is the biggest non-sense on the boards....
who cares if you have an ST or a GT or a swap its a celica for goodness sakes... we're all slow relative to other cars and there are other cars slower then us....this arguement is retarded end of story basically this just sounds like your running in the special olympics....even if someone wins this...your still retarded... BTW if you want someone to stupid believe you about a 16.1 sec run in an ST with "performance modifications" (sorry plugs and wires don't count) all i see is you have an exhaust...your "performance chip" was some ebay thing from what i can tell...which = some resistor that does nothing but waste fuel...SOOOOO if you want someone to believe you PROVE IT and POST A TIME SLIP...you get one at the end of each run.... i doubt your run...so please post up a time slip cause i'd be interested in it actaully happening since i've been to the track on..light weight 14s, completely STRIPPED interior, full exhaust, cold air intake and short shifter(if you can call this "performance") i ran a 17.3 consistant soo i'm interested and please post up a slip of proof... |
