yesterday night we spent 1.5 hours on dyno. engine was running smooth and gearbox was so fine
results was like this 490.7 hp @ 179km/H 5962 at 1.1 boost pressure 419.4 awhp@ 179km/H 5962 at 1.1 boost pressure 462 hp@6623 at 0.9 bar boost 382 awhp@6623 at 0.9 bar boost 523 nm torque @5876 rpm 0.9 bar boost 324 awp @ 0.7 bar boost we couldnt boost more because of my greedy type s bov. 5900 rpm is so early for max power. this is because of boost leak form bov. tunner said that injectors was nearly reaching max level so we need bigger ones. i ll go dyno again next month with new mods.. mods will be; greedy type R bov. top feed 1000 cc enj with new fuel rail. and larger exhoust. we are planning to have max boost arround 1.5- 1.6 bar. i wish we dont have and more proplems. "The Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor measures the changes in the intake manifold pressure which result from engine load (intake manifold vacuum) and rpm changes; and converts these into a voltage output. By monitoring the sensor output voltage, the ECU know the manifold pressure. At lower pressure output voltage will be about 1 to 2 volts at idle. While at higher pressure or at Wide Open Throttle (WOT) output voltage will be about 4 to 4.8. The MAP sensor is also used, under certain conditions, to measure barometric pressure, allowing the ECU to make adjustments for different altitudes. The ECU uses the MAP sensor to control fuel delivery and ignition timing."
2 bar = 14.7 psi (oem i think) 3 bar = 29.4 psi 4 bar = 44.1 psi 5 bar = 58.8 psi |
