Ive searched for them for my wheels (Exel Daytonas) and have found that JustForWheels is the only place that I can find them. I dont really feel like paying $40 for them. Has anyone found anywhere else that sells these things?

$15, and they work REALLY well, there is almost no vibration at all (aside from bumps in the road etc.) But it makes a world of difference, definitley worth the money.
