Well I just put my new clutch in the old 94 Gt celica that I just bought and lets say she isn't the quickest thing around. I only drove it before with a slipping clutch. So I was wondering

-Are there any performance chips out there that make an actual difference in power on this car?
What do they cost? What are the names of the companies?

-I beleive our motor is tuned for mileage and I was wondering if there was a chip that could make a difference here?

Just so you guys know, all those eBay "chips" are is a in-line plug in module between the IAT harness and the sensor. And all it conatins is a simple resistor designed to tell the computer that the IAT's are much colder than they actually are, which tricks the computer into advancing the ignition timing. But, that could actually be dangerous because if your car is running on the ragged edge of timing anyway, and you trick it into a further advance.....hello knock city.
