 new muffler, will i still pass smog |

just a quick question guys. ive heard that if i just get an aftermarket muffler i will fail the smog inspection. is this true?

aah, honda
 i use a megan muffler and i love it. deep and low at idle, sounds nice not too loud when you rev it, no rice sound whatsoever --------------------  |
