 Corolla headers? |

Hello I have been shopping for the best price in headers and have found the 1.8 liter Corolla headers to be the lowest in price.
-Someone on here mentioned these would fit our celicas correct? Ihave a 94 2.2 liter celica. -What mods would have to be made to fit the Corolla header to the celica? It looks like it would bolt right in! Even the downpipe with the flexpiece in it looks to have the correct bends in it... or am I wrong? -I beleive the only mod needed is to change the O2 sensors mounting hole as it is on the wrong side or will it reach to that side? O.k. stupid question time!!! Have you ever actually tried a 1.8liter exhaust manifold on a 2.2 liter motor? Or is it obvious in a picture that they don't match?
-I say this as on my isuzu 4 cylinder motors the 1.8, 2.3, 2.6 all could use the same exhaust manifold and intake as they bolted right on and many people said this could not be done without ever actually trying it first.... Thanks again...... |
