I just saw this on the news, you just type in your address and it gives a rough estimate on how much your house is worth.
Zillow.com I typed in Bill Gate's address and holy crap, his house is worth over $100 million now. -------------------- ![]() |

yea, all this is gonna be off since unlike a car, when you add stuff to the house it goes up in value.
my parents bought a cheaper house this time around partially due to different state taxes or somethin?(iunno) but i remember right after we moved it we got all new carpet, added tile, new kitchen countertops, added a awning and some other stuff... they went nuts. edit: i forgot to add how they had the downstairs modified so that a 40-65" TV slides into the wall and takes up no space of the downstairs, lol.
