Kuhmo Ecsta ASX are good. I have Falken Ziex 512's on mine but they wear down too fast because they're z-rated. Go with the Kuhmos for longer tread life, I'll get them this fall when my current tires wear out. Go to this link and type in your tire size and you'll get a bunch of results.
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/index.jsp?ca...x=true&index=xx You can see what the "star rating" on each tire is and what people who bought them said about them. Be sure to click "read all reviews" and read the ones with 10,000 miles or more on the tires because they have a better idea on how the tire performs over time. Click all the tire types and brands just to give you a variety and sort by price so you can see what you get for cheap and for lots of money. If you have a Discount Tire in your city, print the ad with the price on the tires you want and they'll price match. That's how I got mine so I was able to have them balanced and installed rather than just shipped to my door in a box. One last thing, if you haven't bought rims yet, don't buy them bigger than 17". I have 18's and wish I had 17's because there are a ton more tires for the 17" and they're cheaper for them and you'll have a thicker band of rubber between your rim and the pavement. Let me know if you have any more questions. - Bill |
