so..after i come back from my trip to france, im gonna have some $ to play around with..so i figure i would dress up the celi a bit. So im thinkin of gettin some pre-facelift splitters and this gangs jail rear lip..minus the plate relocation

now..i posted a topic about this rear lip b4 and pretty much every one said "Its hard to make a car look good without side skirts when you have lips." My arguement for this is, has any one actually seen the semetrics of our car stock??

From the rear bumper to where the stock rockers lay, its about 2 inches higher. same with the front..the front bumper is about an inch n a half or more higher up than the oem rockers. The reason i wanna get my splitters and rear lip is to even out this gap..bring the body line straighter/ let it flow more. By adding side skirts, you increase that offset more..hense why im sayin no skirts.

Any one see my point? now would you still say "get sides" ?? or do you see where im coming from.

Nader and i had about a half hour conversasion about this and the body styling of the car last night after the toyota nation meet.

I really have no idea of the alignment because I dont have a kit...

However, I do agree on you Valo666 on what you are trying to communicate. For me, that very reason has been why I never really liked my 6g. It always looked like a bullet head.

Very coned at the front.. I always wished that it was flat.. like how it would look like with the erebuni 404 kit.

Same to the back also.. it cruves up.
