hey, i painted my rear view mirror, then i put it back on and now i cant get it to tighten up so its just dangling there!, how do i tighten it???!?@? 94 celica gt, its stock rear view mirror

oh my does the same thing the clip to lock it broke so hope you it didn't happend to you
