Hey i think my car is idling a bit low. It is at like right under 1000 rpm's. also, what can i do about this? anyone have any ideas as to why its happening.

Yeah, I can somewhat explain it.. Air conditioning in particular runs off of pullies & belts n **** like that. When you have it on, it takes less power from the engine and diverts it to these systems. Most people take off their power steering/air conditioning to get the MAX amount of power. Or you can purchase an underdrive pulley.

A quote from ASP pulleys :

"Improve the performance of your vehicle in three ways. Underdrive pulleys are an inexpensive solution to more horsepower. By reducing the size of your crankshaft pulley, your power robbing accessories turn slower, resulting in less drag on your engine. That means more horsepower to your rear wheels. You also get better fuel economy and longer lasting accessories."
