First of all good site! I just registerd and this will be my first topic wink.gif . Can you put an 7th Gen VVT-I in an 6th gen without problems?
I am planning to buy an wrecked 6th gen and build it up with all new things.

that sounds like quite a project. I hope you have lots of money cause rebuilding these 6th Gens are no fun. Hardly anyone makes parts for the 6th Gen and most universal crap won't fit. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone planting a 7th gen engine in a wrecked 6th gen, but I'm more than certain it's going to take more effort than it's worth.
I'd strongly recomend doing a lot of research into how much it's going to cost to repair the car and factor in all the parts and mods and body work etc before you dive in.
