after parking this morning i wanted to see what my neons looked like in the dim of the garage. so i turned them on, locked the car and walked away. when i turned around, i noticed one lamp was flickering. as i walked towards the car i noticed a bright light in one of the ballasts (little blue plastic cube that powers the lamps). took a closer look and realized the light was coming from an electrical fire in the ballast!!! i promptly tore the whole works out and chucked it in the back seat.

QUOTE(bigal004321 @ May 5, 2006 - 12:47 PM) Car fires are pretty intense...I know people that have actually watched their cars burn on the side of the road, cuz they didnt have a fire extinguisher! Bigal so thats y ricers feel the need to have a huge fire extinguisher in their car, for when there neons malfunction and lite there car on fire...its all making sense now. -------------------- Kawi Love |
