Hey everyone,
Noob question here, so bear with me, since I couldn't find anything through searching. Just wondering what kind of fuel you guys put into your celicas. I realize that anyone with a swapped or Turbo'ed 6G obviously uses Premium, but what about those of you running 5SFE or 7AFE engines? I would think using a higher octane fuel would increase performance a bit, but does it? Or is it dangerous for the engine? Any more importantly, is it even worth it with the rising cost of gas... Thanks! |

It's definitely not worth running 93 octane in your stock 5S-FE or 7A-FE. I think people get that placebo effect when they run higher octane fuel on a stock motor that's made to run on 87.
